* Surgical stainless steel just means that the metal used in these earwires have properties making it suitable for use in surgical implants, however, does not mean that it is nickel free. Contains 8 %—10.5% nickel.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR PEWTER:
There is a very thin protective layer of polishing compound on our polished pieces to keep them shiny for as long as possible, but if your pewter ever tarnishes, follow these instructions: To clean pewter, use a dish of hot water and some mild dishwashing soap, then use a sponge to wipe down the surface; and rinse. Doing so eliminates a good amount of dirt and tarnish. An all-purpose metal polish can then be used for bringing back a high shine to your pewter.
